Great Plains Green Expo

SDNLA hosts the Great Plains Green Expo annually each February. The event includes exhibitors, speakers, the awarding of student scholarships, a reception, and annual meeting for members, and the ANLA chapter meeting. The conference allows members to catch up with old friends, make new contacts, and catch up on the latest advancements in the industry. A program booklet is distributed that can be used as a reference guide for contact information, list of exhibits, speakers, and board members.  Learn More.

Scholarships

SDNLA is proud to offer a scholarship to South Dakota students majoring in the horticulture industry.  We seek to encourage study and entering of the work place of Horticulture, Floriculture, Plant Pathology, Landscape Design, Turf Management and other allied subjects that pertain to the Green Industry.  Learn More.

Colorado Rules on Japanese Beetle

The State of Colorado has implemented new quarantine rules pertaining to Japanese beetle. The new rules went into affect in December, 2009.
