As retail merchants, landscape designers, installers, turf and tree care experts, growers, students and teachers of horticulture, or professionals in any allied field, you will profit from your membership in the South Dakota Nursery and Landscape Association.

• Offering educational and idea tours of landscapes and retail stores in our state
• Acting as your liasion with the American Nursery and Landscape Assocation, plus other trade associations (things that benefit all of us behind the scenes)
• Sponsoring practical research in South Dakota to sovle members problems and to develop vital new information
• Lobbying efforts in the South Dakota Legislature and US Congress on issues that effect our industry

Membership Schedule

Active Member: Active in the nursery business in South Dakota and has a Nursery License from the SD Department of Agriculture. Members have voting privileges in the Association.

Annual Dues are based on Gross Sales:
Up to $100,000: $60.00
$100,000 to $350,000: $95.00
$350,000 and over: $125.00

Associate Member: Active in the nursery business outside the state of South Dakota, or involved in allied business. Has a vote in the Association.

Annual Dues Rate… $45.00

Academic Member: Any person employed as an instructor or in research in the horticultural field in South Dakota. Has no vote in the Association.

Annual Dues Rate… $35.00

Student Member: Any person attending school full time and is enrolled in a course pertaining to nursery, landscape, or horticultural interests. Has no vote in the Association. (Requires signature of advisor)

Annual Dues Rate… $5.00
